7. Intellectual Property

Quantumica's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive any leads generated up to the termination date, and payment obligations will be prorated accordingly.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.
